โน๏ธ About the Task Bar Hero Wiki & Data Team
Learn more about the Taskbar Hero Wiki and the team behind it.
We are a dedicated community-driven database, handbook, and game encyclopedia built for the idle RPG Taskbar Hero. Our goal is to provide players with tools, simulators, and guides to optimize their progression.
๐ฏ Our Mission
To build the most comprehensive, accurate, and fast companion wiki for Taskbar Hero. We strive to provide clean, ad-light database tools and calculator simulators that improve the gaming experience.
๐ก๏ธ Accuracy & E-E-A-T
Structured data and formula tables are derived from locally processed game resources, normalized by our data pipeline, and checked for internal consistency. Readers can report corrections through our published editorial process.
๐ What this wiki covers
Task Bar Hero is an idle RPG where most of the decisions happen before you leave the game running: which stage to farm, which affix to chase on a cube roll, which hero deserves the next upgrade. The site is organised around those decisions rather than around a flat list of items, so every database page is paired with the tool that consumes it. Coverage currently stands at:
- Heroes โall 6 classes with their skill trees, base attributes and per-level growth rows, plus a skill-point simulator.
- Stages โ120 stage entries across the four difficulty tiers, with enemy composition, wave counts and boss stats.
- Gear โ5,760 equipment and accessory entries with base stats, rarity, class restriction and drop source.
- Runes โ197 rune nodes including the dependency tree and the cumulative gold and soulstone cost of each branch.
- Pets โall 8 companions with their active abilities and the passive bonuses they contribute to a party.
- Tools โa DPS calculator, party builder, farming optimizer, gold calculator, cube simulator and save-file profiler.
๐ Where the data comes from
Nothing here is copied from a tier list or from another wiki. Every number traces back to one of four sources, and the page that publishes it says which:
- Game files โitem, skill, rune and stage tables read from the locally installed Steam build.
- Save data โthe importer parses SaveFile_Live.es3 inside your browser, so the file never leaves your machine and we never hold a copy.
- In-game observation โroutes, timings and drop behaviour recorded from real runs, with the build number noted alongside the result.
- Player reports โcorrections sent to our published contact address, checked against one of the sources above before anything changes.
โ How a correction gets published
Reports are handled in the same order every time, which is why some take a few days rather than a few minutes:
- You send the page URL, the game build and what you expected to see instead.
- We reproduce it against the installed build or the save file rather than taking the report on trust.
- If it reproduces, the value is corrected and the page notes the build it was confirmed on.
- If it does not reproduce, we reply with what we measured so the report is never left hanging.
๐ Languages
The site is published in seven languages: English, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, Indonesian and Turkish. Landing pages, tool pages and guides exist in all seven. Data-heavy detail pages are currently published in English and Chinese only, because a stat table with no explanation around it is not worth reading โ index coverage follows content quality here, not the other way round.
โ Frequently asked questions
Is the Task Bar Hero Wiki official?
No. This is an independent fan project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the developers or publishers of Task Bar Hero, and all trademarks and game assets belong to their respective owners.
How often is the data updated?
Database pages carry the build their values were confirmed on. After a game update we re-read the affected tables first, then the guides and calculators that depend on them. The byline on each page shows the last review date.
Why does a number differ from what I see in my game?
The usual causes are a different game build, a different difficulty tier, or a stat that scales with hero level and is shown at a different level. Send the page URL, your build number and a screenshot, and we will reconcile it against the source tables.
Can I reuse your data, tables or screenshots?
Game assets and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our own editorial text and the site code are shared with the community; write to us first if you plan to republish a large extract so we can tell you what is ours to give.
Is this content written by AI?
Drafting tools are used, but a human editor reviews every page against the underlying game data before it is published. Pages carry an author line and a review date so you can judge how current they are.
