๐ Before you write
Most reports can be resolved in a single exchange when they include the following. It saves you a follow-up email and saves us a round of guessing:
- The exact page URL, as a link โ not a screenshot of the page.
- The game build number, which the Steam client shows under the game properties.
- What you expected the value to be, and what you saw instead.
- A screenshot or a short save-file excerpt only when the value cannot be described in words.
๐ง What we can and cannot help with
This is a fan wiki, not the game publisher. We can fix a wrong drop rate, a broken calculator, a typo, or a page that will not load. We cannot restore an account, refund a purchase, recover a corrupted save file, or change anything inside the game itself โ those requests have to go to the developer or to Steam Support.

Reports are read in English, Chinese and Portuguese. Corrections that come with a source are usually reviewed within a few days. Licensing and privacy requests are answered individually. There is no paid support tier and no phone line, and we do not offer live chat.
๐ What happens to your message
Messages are delivered to a single shared inbox and are read by the editors who maintain the affected pages. We do not sell, publish or share the contents of your message, and we never add you to a mailing list. When you report a data error, the only part that gets published is the corrected value โ your address stays in the inbox.
โ Frequently asked questions
Can you recover my Task Bar Hero save file?
No. The importer reads your file locally inside the browser and never uploads it, which also means we never hold a copy and cannot restore anything from it. Keep your own backups of SaveFile_Live.es3.
Can I write a guest guide for the wiki?
Yes. Send an outline rather than a finished article, and include the game build you tested on plus whatever evidence backs the numbers you want to publish. Guides that state their build and show their measurements are the ones we can publish quickly.
Do you accept sponsored content or paid placements?
The site carries display advertising, but sponsored articles, paid rankings and paid reviews are not accepted. Advertising has no influence on what the databases, calculators or guides say.
How do I report a security issue?
Write to the general support address with a description and the steps to reproduce it. Please do not test against other users, and do not attempt to access data that is not yours.
A tool page is not working for me. What do you need?
The page URL, your browser and its version, and whether it fails every time or only sometimes. If a calculator is involved, say which heroes, levels or inputs you used so it can be reproduced exactly.
Discord or email โ which should I use?
Discord for quick questions and for talking to other players. Email for anything that needs a record: data corrections, licensing, privacy requests, or a report you may want to follow up on later.
Can I help translate the wiki?
Yes, and it is the most useful contribution we get. Write to the general support address saying which language you can cover and which pages you use most, and we will point you at the strings that still need work.
Do you accept donations?
No. The site is paid for by display advertising and we do not take donations, memberships or paid submissions, which keeps what gets published independent of who is paying.
